On Balance! Stretching and Balancing for the older adult. Stretches and exercises designed to strengthen muscles and make you more comfortable with being slightly off-balance.
Limber Up! This new class is sure to get you going! A combination of Ballet and Jazz, this class will offer stretching, balancing, isolations, and gentle dance aerobics.

& Me: For moms
who want to stretch, and their beautiful little ones
who want to dance but are not quite old enough for
the 3 year old class ‘Baby Dancers’. Dancers
can wear pink leotards and tights and ballet slippers,
or just easy-to-move-in clothing like leggings and
a shirt. Moms can wear comfortable-to-stretch-and-move-in
clothing.
Level 1 & 2 Seconds Class - For dancers age 7-11 who want more ballet classes - who are serious about their training and want to work hard and achieve more.
Ballet for Ice Skaters: This class is for the ice skater who knows that ballet training will improve their skating. This class will work on those areas most crucial to skaters as well as all the basics of ballet. If you are serious about skating, ballet training is a must!
